Why are my funds frozen?

If your assets are frozen, it may generally be due to the following situations:

  1. Please check if there are any unfilled orders in your account
    If there are unfilled orders, the corresponding funds will be frozen. You can find and cancel the order in the current order list.

  2. Please check if there are any unprocessed withdrawals in your account
    If there are uncompleted withdrawals, the related assets will be frozen until the withdrawal is completed. If the withdrawal operation cannot be completed, please contact Bityi customer service for assistance.

If none of the above situations apply, please contact online customer service or submit a ticket, and provide your registered email or phone number as well as UID, and we will check for you.
