You understand and acknowledge that Bityi has the right to immediately close any account and liquidate any open trades of any Bityi trading participant if we discover that he or she has made a false statement regarding his or her location or place of residence.

V. Calculations
5.1 All calculations performed by the Bityi Trading Engine and verified by Bityi are final.
VI. Limited Liability
6.1 Except to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Bityi, our directors, employees, agents, suppliers, distributors, service providers or other users be liable for any direct, special, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of use, loss of profits, loss of information, business interruption, revenue or goodwill (whether based in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence)), or other damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Website or any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission or failure of the Website or any information transmitted to Bityi.
6.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the liability of Bityi, our directors, employees, agents, suppliers, distributors, service providers or other users in any event shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Bityi in the six (6) months prior to the date of the action arising out of such liability, whether based on contract, warranty, tort (including but not limited to negligence), product liability, strict liability, or other causes arising out of the use of or inability to use the Website or mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletions, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or failure of website functions.
